Xray should integrate with Elements Connect App

Description

Xray should integrate with the Elements Connect app. When the user tries to create a Defect from the Xray test run page. When they click to open a defect, it opens the pop-up issue creation form, but the custom fields that are created by Elements Connect can not be found according to the configuration.

User friction

• Users can not fill the Elements Connect field while creating the Defect from the Test Run Page
• This is basically forcing testers not to use that screen and have to create the Defect separately and link it.
• Users can not map the Elements Connect field from the Test Case Importer.

Steps to reproduce (right now) / Actual Result:

• Configure the Elements Connect custom field for the Defect screen
• Try Creating the Defect from the Test Run Page
• The Defect creation page will not support the custom field created by the Elements Connect App

IMPACT: N/A

What would improve if solved:

• Users will be able to Create Defects with Rich Text custom fields by the Elements Connect App
• Eliminates a major blocker for Cloud customers moving from Data Center to Jira Cloud who heavily rely on the Elements Connect app Data fields

Impact on stakeholders:

Users have to create the Defect separately and link it.

Current workaround:

The only preferable workaround would be to create the Defect separately and link it or edit it later.

Concrete example: A company uses the Elements Connect App to create and store the values in the data field, but these fields can not populate accurately while creating the Defect in the context of the specific Test Run results
