Defect Traceability does not restrict Resolution and Fix Version/s fields to the selected project

Description
The Defect Traceability functionality is not correctly restricting the Resolution and Fix Version/s fields to the selected project.

When configuring Defect Traceability for a specific project, these fields should only consider values associated with that project. Currently, values from other projects can also be taken into account.

Pre-conditions

Have different Resolutions and Fix Versions available across the projects.
Configure Defect Traceability for a specific project.
Ensure that the selected project has Test Executions/Tests with linked defects.

How to reproduce

1. Configure Defect Traceability for a specific project.
2. Ensure that the project has defects associated with Tests/Test Executions.
3. Have Resolution and Fix Version/s values that are also used by other projects.
4. Select project

Actual result/Attachments
The Resolution and Fix Version/s fields are not restricted to the selected project. Values associated with other projects can be taken into account by Defect Traceability.

Expected result
The Resolution and Fix Version/s fields should be scoped to the project selected in the Defect Traceability configuration.
