Testing board folder View results are not updated correctly after adding or removing labels from an issue, even when a label based filter is configured.

Description
When a user edits an issue and adds or removes labels, the results displayed in the Folder View are not updated correctly according to the label filter configured for the Folder View.

Preconditions
A Folder View is configured with a label-based filter.
Issues are available in the Folder View with different labels.

How to reproduce

• Go to Testing Board.

• Open the Tests Folder View with a label filter configured.

• Open an issue displayed in the Folder View.

• Edit the issue and add or remove a label.

• Save the issue.Check the results in the Folder View.

Actual result/Attachments
The Folder View results are not updated correctly based on the configured label filter.
Issues may continue to appear or remain missing even though their labels no longer match or now match the filter.

Expected result
The Folder View should refresh the results correctly after adding or removing labels.
Only issues matching the configured label filter should be displayed.

Workaround
Refresh/reload the Folder View after updating the issue labels.
