Issue Description
Image previews and attachments fail to display within Test Steps and Actual Results, displaying the error message "we couldn't load this content."
While checking the Console logs, there is an error stating -

Preconditions
The target Test or Test Run page contains step attachments or images.
Steps to Reproduce
1. Navigate to a Test or Test Run page containing attached media.
2. Scroll to the Test Steps or Actual Results section.
3. Observe the image preview.
Expected Result
Image previews should load successfully and display the correct visual content.
Actual Result
Image previews fail to render and show the error: "we couldn't load this content."

Workaround
Click directly on the attachment link or file name to download/open the image in a new tab.
