As a User, I can add Test Run Assignee column to the expandable Test Execution List Report

Description
It should be possible to display the Test Run Assignee in the expanded Test rows of the Test Execution List Report.

Currently, the expandable report shows the Tests and their associated data. This suggestion is to add Test Run Assignee as an available column, showing the user assigned to each Test Run within the corresponding Test Execution.

Expected Behaviour

• Users can select Test Run Assignee in the report’s column configuration.
• Each expanded Test row displays the assignee of its Test Run in that Test Execution.
• If the same Test appears in multiple Test Executions, each row displays the assignee of the corresponding Test Run.
• Unassigned Test Runs display an empty value or “Unassigned”.

Use Case / Benefits
This would help customers identify execution responsibilities directly in the report, monitor assignments across Test Executions, and avoid opening individual Test Runs to check their assignees.

Workaround
Open the Test Execution issue, go to the Tests table, and add the TestRun Assignee to the table´s columns.
