As admin, i can create Sub-Test Executions on Next-Gen projects

    Description

      Right now, Sub-Test Executions are only available for non-Next-Gen projects due to an initial limitation where sub-tasks where not supported by Next-Gen projects.
      Please make it so we can use Sub-Test Execs on NG projects as sub-tasks are now supported.
