Xray should integrate with Scriptrunner

Description

Xray should integrate with Scriptrunner. When the user tries to create a Defect from the Xray test run page or trying to create a test case from the Test Repository page, the behaviours set to the fields do not work as it is not loading the Scriptrunner rules.

User friction

• Users can not see the fields the way the rules were set to it, while creating the Defect from the Test Run Page and Creating the Test from the Test repository(Testing board)
• This is basically forcing testers not to use that screen and have to create the Defects and Tests from the Jira native button.

Steps to reproduce (right now) / Actual Result:

• Configure and set the rules of Scriptrunner to the Defect screen and Test Screen
• Try Creating the Defect from the Test Run Page and Tests from the Test Repository
• The Defect creation page and Tests page will not support the custom fields and styles those were set

IMPACT: N/A

What would improve if solved:

• Users will be able to Create Defects with Rich Text custom fields by the Elements Connect App
• Eliminates a major blocker for Cloud customers moving from Data Center to Jira Cloud who heavily rely on the Elements Connect app Data fields

Impact on stakeholders:

Users have to create the Defects and Tests separately and cannot use the Create Screen from the Testing board.

Current workaround:

The only preferable workaround would be to create the Defect separately and link it or edit it later.
