Files larger than 10 MB fail to upload to the Test Run Evidence field.

Description

Users are experiencing intermittent issues uploading MP4 files and other files to the Evidence field in Xray Test Runs, even when the file size is less than 100 MB.

Pre-conditions

• A Test Execution with an existing Test Run.

• An MP4 file or any file larger than 10 MB.

How to reproduce

1. Open a Test Execution.

1. Navigate to a Test Run.

1. Attempt to upload an MP4 file or any file larger than 10 MB to the Evidence field.

1. Observe that the upload fails.

1. Repeat the upload with and without VPN.

Actual result/Attachments

• Uploads fail intermittently depending on the network connection.

• Uploads sometimes succeed when users are not connected to VPN.

Expected result

Users should be able to upload MP4 files/ any files smaller than 100 MB to the Test Run Evidence field successfully, regardless of whether they are connected to VPN.
