    Description

      Description:

The user is unable to find certain configured country values, such as US, UK EIB, and US IMI, in the Country filter in the Xray Test Repository. The issue was reproduced during testing using a custom field "MS Country" containing 120 values.

      Pre-conditions:

      • Create the "MS Country" Custom field
      • Configure the "MS Country" custom field with more than 100 values (120 values used for reproduction).

      How to reproduce

      1. Configure 120 values in the MS Country custom field.
      1. Navigate to Test Repository in the relevant project.
      1. Open the Filters section and select the desired project.
      1. Expand the MS Country filter.
      1. Search for existing values such as US, UK EIB, US IMI.
      1. Observe that these values do not appear in the available options.

      Actual result/Attachments

      • The configured country values US, UK EIB, US IMI are not available in the Country filter.
      • Manually entering the missing values does not return any results.
      • The issue was reproduced with 120 configured values.
      • The behavior appears to be related to the API's 100-result limit, which may prevent the remaining values from being loaded into the filter.
      • Attached the screen recording of the issue.

      Expected result:

All configured country values should be available for selection and searchable in the Test Repository filters, regardless of the total number of configured values.

      Version

      • Xray: Cloud

      Workaround:

No workaround has been identified yet. As a temporary option, reducing the number of configured country values to 100 or fewer may help confirm whether the issue is caused by the result limit. However, this needs to be validated and is not a confirmed workaround.
