The last Folder in the Test Repository List/Test Plan Board List is not completely visible when scrolling the Folder's List, depending on the resolution of the screen

Short Description: The last Folder in the Test Repository List/Test Plan Board List is not completely visible when scrolling the Folder's List, depending on the resolution of the screen.

Steps to Reproduce:
1 - Navigate to a Test Repository.
2 - Start creating several folders until a vertical scroll bar is displayed next to the list on the right side.
3 - Scroll down the list.

Actual Result: The last folder is not completely visible even though the user can select it.
Expected Result: The last folder should be completely visible to the user.
