Re-index removes folders from the Tree of the Repository/Board, when the current parent folder has been created after the child folders

Short Description: Re-index removes folders from the Tree of the Repository/Board, when the current parent folder has been created after the child folders.

Steps to Reproduce:
1 - Navigate to the Test Repository of a project, for instance.
2 - Create a folder A and a folder B.
3 - Make folder B the parent of folder A.
4 - Now, perform a re-index of the project and refresh the Test Repository page.

Actual Result: Folder A no longer exists.
Expected Result: Folder A should exist.
