Short Description: GraphQL - functions filtered by arguments inside of a Query are returning all the possible available results.

Steps to Reproduce:
1 - See the attachment with the query in it.

Actual Result: No matter the argument, the query returns the test plans related with the test.
Expected Result: It should filter by the test plan id given in the argument.
