Short Description: Issue Link Type Direction is interpreting the link always in the same direction when in Inward or Outward.

Steps to Reproduce:
1 - Create an issue linking type.
2 - Navigate to the Xray settings of a project and set up the new issue linking type in the Test Coverage section.
3 - Now, create two stories and linked them.
4 - Navigate to the Test Coverage Report or Traceability Report and generate the reports to verify the relation between the two issues.
5 - Now, change the link direction type in the Test Coverage section.
6 - Generate the reports again.

Actual Result: The relation is kept the same.
Expected Result: The relation should change and be the opposite of the current one.
