As a user, I can add Tests based on the sprint of the covered issues.

Whenever working in Scrum context, it's common to pick the Tests that are related to the issues (e.g. stories, requirements) being addressed in the scope of a given sprint (e.g. the active sprint).

For example, whenever having a Test Plan in a sprint, users need to pick the tests that are related to the user stories of that sprint.

Thus, a new filter named "Covering Issues in Sprint" should be added to the "Add Tests" dialog that is used across the application.
