Short Description: GraphQL - message "Error processing JQL batch search results - 400" is being returned when searching for empty IssueIds in getTests, getPreconditions, getTestSets, getTestExecutions and getTestPlans queries.

Steps to Reproduce:
1 - Create a POST getTests GraphQL query with an IssueIds empty.
2 - Verify the response.

Actual Result: The message "Error processing JQL batch search results - 400" is returned.
Expected Result: An empty array should be returned.
