Tables Limits are not displayed in the Test Description are of the Test Run page

Short Description: Tables Limits are not displayed in the Test Description are of the Test Run page.

Steps to Reproduce:
1 - Navigate to a Test issue.
2 - In the Test issue Description, enter a table.
3 - Save it.
4 - Create a Test Execution for the Test and navigate to the Test Run page.
5 - Verify the Test Description area.

Actual Results: The limits of the table are not displayed.
Expected Result: The limits of the table should be displayed.
