Test Steps UI Revamp

The Test Steps UI must be redesigned aiming to provide a better user experience when creating, editing and viewing manual Test Steps. 

The new UI must feature:

• The Jira WYSIWYG editor and toolbar to define steps.
• Choosing between two view modes: Grid or List.
• Expandable and collapsable steps.
• Creating new steps in any position.
• Editing all steps in a dialog taking advantage of the additional screen real-estate for managing Test Steps.
