In the Test Runs List Gadget and Report, the filter "Component" only shows the first 15 existent components within all projects and it is not possible to search for more

Short Description: In the Test Runs List Gadget and Report, the filter "Component" only shows the first 15 existent components within all projects and it is not possible to search for more.

Steps to Reproduce:
1 - Make sure there are several projects with several and different Components.
2 - Navigate to the Dashboard and add the Test Runs List gadget.
3 - Enter a project, for example, and save it.
4 - Now, edit the gadget and search in the Component filter.
5 - Perform the previous steps now in the Test Runs List Report.

Actual Results: The first 15 values within all projects are displayed and when searching for another it is not possible.
Expected Results: It should be possible to search for all components.
