Xray must archive old Test Runs

Given the huge number of executions resulting from automated processes, Xray must provide a way to archive automatically Test Runs not affecting any test scope.

Archived Test Runs will not affect the Test status calculation. 

Users can always see archived Test Runs through the Test issue screen as the number of archived Test Runs will be displayed here.

Users must be able to restore archived Test Runs.
