Short Description: All Test Run Steps are reset to To Do when clicking in to Merge a Test Run after having edit just one Test Step using the Edit in Dialog.

Steps to Reproduce:
1 - Navigate to a manual Test Step with several steps in it.
2 - Create a Test Run and put it to "Executing".
3 - Now, edit just one step of the test in the issue view and navigate to the previous test run.
4 - Click "merge".
5 - Only the status of the previous step is reset.
6 - Now, do the same but using the Edit in Dialog,

Actual Results: All steps are reset to To do.
Expected Results: Only the step that was edited should be reset to To do.
