Short Description: The Test Runs List gadget ignores all extra setting fields when a Saved Filter is configured in it.

Steps to Reproduce:
1 - Navigate to a Dashboard.
2 - Add the Test Runs List gadget.
3 - Enter a Saved Filter and apply it.
4 - Now, enter a Saved Filter, and extra setting field and apply them.

Actual Results: When a Saved Filter is configured in the gadget, all the other settings are ignored.
Expected Results: The other settings should not be ignored and they should work in the same way as when a Project is configured.
