As a user, I can see the linked Test Plan in the title of the execution screen

As a user, I can see the linked Test Plan in the title of the execution screen.

If there is one or more Test Plans associated, then the first one should appear in the title. If there are more, then "..." should be used after the first one.

Project / Test Plan: xxx-yyy / Test Execution: aaa-bbb / Test: ccc-ddd

Note: the Test Plan should be a link.

If there is no associated Test Plan, it shall appear as it does currently.
