Attachments/evidences in Jira, that are first removed from Jira in the Test and Text Execution issues itself, return an error when removed after from the attachments of the Test and from the Test Run page

Short Description: Attachments/evidences in Jira, that are first removed from Jira in the Test and Text Execution issues itself, return an error when removed after from the attachments of the Test and from the Test Run page.

Steps to Reproduce:

1 - Make sure you have a Test issue with attachments in Jira.

2 - Remove one attachment from the Test issue itself.

3 - Now, try to remove it from the test step, having the remove from Jira option checked.

Actual Results: The dialog will load indefinitely.

Expected Results: The attachment should be removed anyway.

4 - Now, make sure you have a test run with evidences in Jira (both in the run and in the test step).

5 - Navigate to the Test Execution issue and remove those attachments from the issue.

6 - Navigate to the Test Run page and verify that they are still there.

7 - Try to remove them.

Actual Results: An error is displayed because the attachment has been removed already, when removing the evidence of the test run. In the step tun step, the evidence is removed automatically. 

Expected Results: The evidence of the test run should have been removed automatically.
