Short Description: Certain characters are not being represented correctly when inserted in the Bucket, causing the test run page to crash and the download the attachment to fail in the test step.

Steps to Reproduce:

1 - Create a manual test and a test run.

2 - Add the following files (with the following names - in attach) to the test and to the test run (both in the test run evidences and in the test run step).

Actual Results: The test run crashes when adding the files and in the test step, the download fails (as if the attachment did not exist in the bucket).

Expected Results: The name of the file should be inserted correctly in the Bucket.
