Steps to Reproduce:

1 - Create a Public Jira instance and install Xray.

2 - Create some Xray issues.

3 - As an outside user, try to access to one of those issues.

Actual Results: Xray sections load indefinitely and several errors are displayed in the screen

Expected Results: Xray sections should load normally.
