Steps to Reproduce:

1 - Open Firefox browser and navigate to a manual test issue (make sure you have windows with a resolution - see attach).

2 - Now, create a step and enter a bullet point or a numeric point.

Actual results: The steps begging to move on the screen.

Expected Results: The steps should be static.
