Server Error - Error processing JQL batch search results - 400 is returned when sending "double quotes" in the Test, while importing Feature files

Short Description: Server Error - Error processing JQL batch search results - 400 is returned when sending "double quotes" in the Test, while importing Feature files.

Steps to Reproduce:

1 - Create a feature file as the one in attach.

2 - Send it.

Actual Results: An error is returned.

Expected Results: No error should be returned and the precondition and background should both be created. When doing the same but putting the comment in the test, both issue are created Ok.
