TESTNG XML file with more than one <TEST> tag cannot be imported

Short Description: TESTNG XML file with more than one <TEST> tag cannot be imported.

Steps to Reproduce:

1 - Try to import a TESTNG XML file like the one in attach.

Actual Results: A 400 error is returned stating that the format is not valid.

Expected Results: Currently, Xray only accepts on <TEST> tag. When removing one of the tags, the file is imported. It should accept multiple <TEST> tags.
