The Test Plan Metrics report must display the metrics without the need for hovering the status bars

Currently, the Test Plan metrics report displays status bars for the Test status and "Success Rate by Test Environments". 

Xray must provide the metric numbers immediately near these status bars without the need for the users to hover the fields.
