The url of attachments such as documents and videos is not correctly converted when placed in the description of the issue

Short Description: The url of attachments such as documents and videos is not correctly converted when placed in the description of the issue.

Steps to Reproduce:

1 - Create a test and in one of the text field, move a text document and an image.

2 - Create a test run and in the actual results, move a video and an image.

3 - Now, from that test run step, create a defect and a sub-defect.

4 - Go to the defects page and try to download the text document and video.

Actual Results: It is not possible. The url of documents and videos is not correctly converted; in the defect's it is not possible to access the document but in the sub-defects it is, since it contains the jwt which is only temporarily.

Expected Results: The url should contain the instance name as it is done for the images.
