    Description

Short Description: When deleting a filter in Jira and having that same filter as a saved filter in the Test Coverage report, it is not possible to see the filters dialog in order to use the report.

      Steps to Reproduce:

      1 - Create a filter in Jira.

2 - Go to the Test Coverage report and enter that filter as a saved filter.

      3 - Generate the report.

4 - Now go to see all filters in Jira and delete the one that is being used in the report.

5 - Go back to the report.

Actual Results: Only the error message is seen on top of the filters dialog and these cannot be change in order to use the report.

Expected Results: The behavior should be the one presented for the rest of the reports. When entering in the report, the dialog filters are seen with the previous settings and when trying to generate the report, the error message should be displayed above the dialog of the filters.
