As a user, I can define the final report name

This feature should be available on the Document Generator Issue detail panel and bulk export screen.

In those screens, a checkbox should be added asking for the filename, if the element is unchecked DocGen should keep the actual behaviour, otherwise, an input text field should be shown asking for the file name.
