As a user, I want Test Run Evidence to be copied to a Defect

When creating a Defect against a Test Run step, it would be extremely useful to copy evidence attachments to the newly created Defect. This would save a lot of hassle navigating through Tests and Test Executions to find evidence (e.g. screenshots) of a defect.
