As a user, I should be able to control the copying of Test Run Evidence/Test step attachments to Defect

When creating a Defect against a Test Run step, it would be extremely useful to control the copy of step evidence/step attachments to the newly created Defect. This would save a lot of hassle navigating through Tests and Test Executions to find evidence and attachments (e.g. screenshots) of a defect.
