Coverage filter settings (in the coverage webpanel) are not kept when a Test Set issue is linked to the Requirement

Short Description: Coverage filtert settings (in the coverage webpanel) are not kept when a Test Set issue is linked to the Requirement.

Steps to Reproduce:

1 - Create a Story issue.

2 - Create a Test in it.

3 - Change the coverage filter settings in the webpanel and refresh the page. The settings are kept.

4 - Now, added a Test Set to the Story using the issue links "is tested by".

5 - Change the coverage filter settings in the webpanel and refresh the page.

Actual Results: The settings are reset to the default.

Expected Results: The settings should be kept.
