Whenever importing execution results or using the GraphQL API, the Test Environments must be normalized

Whenever importing execution results or using the GraphQL API, the Test Environments must be normalized.

This means that if a Test Environment is being imported or populated using the APIs, Xray must search for an existing environment with the same name. This search must be case insensitive. If an environment is found, it is used, otherwise, a new environment can be created (when importing execution results).

This prevents having multiple environments with the same name like Firefox and firefox.
