As a user, I can configure an Overall Test Coverage gadget in my Dashboard

Users must be able to configure an Xray gadget for the Overall Test Coverage report.

The configuration settings for the gadget are:

• Project or Saved Filter
• Analysis and Scope
• Group By field
• View: Hierarchical vs flat

When the user chooses a specific cell on the chart, Xray must redirect to the issue search page with all requirement issues affected.
