Cucumber data tables are not being imported to the Preconditions, when using the Xray Rest API

Description
When using the Xray Rest API to import feature files with Backgrounds, in case the Background has data tables they are not imported to the Precondition details

Pre-conditions
Has a feature file with data tables for the Background

How to reproduce

1. Using the Xray Rest API, import a feature file with the data tables in the Background

Actual result/Attachments
The Precondition is created successfully, however without the data tables

Expected result
The data tables should be imported to the Precondition
