Test Run page - The emojis doesn't appear correctly in the Comment field

Short description: 

The emojis doesn't appear correctly in the comments panel of the Findings section, when the comment is saved.

Steps to Reproduce:

1.  Open a test run page
2.  Edit the comment
3.  Add emojis
4.  Save the comment

Note: It also happens in the definition field in the test run page (generic tests)
