Include all custom test status that map to an "OK" coverage in the calculation of all success rates in the Test Plan Metrics report

Currently, when calculating all the success rates presented in the Test Plan Metrics report, Xray Cloud only takes into account the "Passed" status that contributed to the "OK" coverage of the requirement. Xray Cloud could include in this calculation all custom test status that contribute to an "OK" coverage of the requirement.
