Fetch report information

Fetch the report information based on the specified filters, this includes:

1. Filtering the test executions in Jira;
2. Filtering the test runs from the filtered test executions;
3. Filtering the tests from the filtered test runs;
4. Fetching the information necessary to generate the report;

This information should be stored to prevent having to be refetched when user wants to export to
csv.
