Move the "Execute Test" column within Test Executions to the left when the table overflows

Due to the limited space provided by Jira to apps within the main section, not much information can be displayed and sometimes the Xray datatable overflows and the play button is not visible.

This column should be visible at all times, even if the table overflows.
