Import Tests from CSV right from Test Repository

As a user, I want to be able to import test cases right from the Test Repository screen.

A import action shall be provided to call Test Case Importer. To facilitate the process, a sample CSV file shall be provided, so users can download and customize it.

The sample CSV can contain two manual test cases, with 2 or 3 steps; each test can be assigned to a specific folder.

 Note: this can be seen as the "import" action for Test Repo, whereas the "export" could be DocGen for example
