As a user, I can choose the default analysis scope

Currently, the default analysis scope is always "Latest".

The analysis scope chosen by user must be stored in the user preferences. This option will affect all issues in the same project and in the same context.

The status contexts are:

• Test issue screen
• Coverable issue screen

Also, for Version scope, new dynamic versions must be provided: 

• Earliest Unreleased Version
