As system, when importing execution results for multiple Tests, if one of the Tests is in a "non-executable" status the request shouldn't fail (Error 400)

When importing an Execution results report for multiple Tests, if one of these Tests is in a "non-executable" status, but the others are in an "executable" status, the request shouldn't fail, and the results for the "executable" tests should be imported.

Current behaviour

Expected behaviour
Even if the Execution Results report contains results for Tests that are in a "non-executable" status, if also contains results for Tests that are in an "executable" status, the import shouldn't fail (400 Bad Request) and it should import the results for the Tests allowed to be executable. For the Tests that are not in an "executable status", their keys should be returned.
