Attachment FileUrl doesn't open after the user export the template

Short description: Attachment FileUrl doesn't open after the user export the template

Steps to reproduce:

1. Create a test with steps
2. Add an attachment to the steps of the test created
3. Add an attachment to the Jira issue (test created in step 1)
4. Create a test execution and add the test created in step 1
5. Create a test plan and add the test execution created in step 4
6. Go to the Document Generator page and install the template Test Plan Advanced from the Template store
7. Go to the test plan created in step 5 and export the template installed in step 6

Actual Result: The FileUrl of the attachment is exported in the sections Test Issue Attachments and in the Attachments of the step, but the URL in the section Test Issue Attachment doesn't open.

Expected Result: When you click on the URL you have in the exported template it should open the attachment.
