Support new structure of embedded attachments on steps

Support new structure of embedded attachments on step.

Old steps/actual results (that were not updated) still show the old url (on staging shows as xray-staging.cloud.xpand-it.com and on production shows as xray.cloud.xpand-it.com) even if on the ui (using the inspector) the embed comes from the new domain.

On all new steps/actual-results embedded attachments now appear as xray-attachment://[uuid] (without any reference to the domain name, xpand-it or getxray).

We need to support both approaches from Xray.
