Importing a step from other test step in the steps dialog, may result in a blank page

How to recreate:

1. Create a Test issue A with a step, just with the Action field populated.
2. Create a new Test issue B and open the "Steps Dialog"
3. Click on the "Import" button and select "Import from test" option
4. Select the Test issue A and then select the single step
5. On the field mapping screen map only the action field
6. Proceed to the validation and then import the step
7. The steps dialog will appear blank (see video) below
