TCI - When opening an imported Test, "Test Details" section is "hidden", only opens when clicking on the button

Short description: 

Currently when we import tests via Test Case Importer, and we open one of them, the "Test Details" section is "hidden", only appears/is loaded when clicking the button "Test Details".

Steps to Reproduce:

1. Perform an import with TCI;
2. Open one of the imported Tests;
3. See that Test Details is "Hidden".
