As an admin Xray has integration with Jira Automation

As an admin, Xray has integration with Jira Automation.

This integration will allow to:

1. Read the Xray fields values (like Test Run Status, Test Run Assignee, etc.) and perform actions based on the values
2. Execute Xray actions (like Add Tests to Test Plan, Add Test Executions to Test Plan, etc.)
