As a user, I want the Test Run List to allow more filtering for the Test Executions

As a user, I want the Test Run List to allow more filtering for the Test Executions, and include more options like Label, Begin and End Data, etc.

Update: it should be possible to filter by workflow Status as well.

Update: It should be possible to perform sort by/order by.
